I had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Khandela Haveli - A Boutique Heritage. The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood and offers a calm atmosphere for a short getaway. The staff were super-friendly and made me feel at home, even inviting me to join in on Diwali celebrations. The hotel itself is very pretty, with plenty of photo opportunities. The lal-maas dish was delicious, and the staff accommodated specific requests regarding the food. The hotel also had a good parking space for my car. I highly recommend this hotel for a warm and enjoyable stay.
The breakfast options were a bit limited and the location is a bit far from the main attractions. However, these minor drawbacks did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and at home. They even invited me to join in on their Diwali celebrations, which was a truly memorable experience. The location of the hotel is perfect - situated in a peaceful neighborhood with convenient amenities nearby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated how they were able to accommodate extra beds. The breakfast, although not extensive, was tasty and satisfying.
There was a minor issue with one of the facilities, but it was promptly resolved once I brought it to their attention.

I spent my Christmas holidays at this charming boutique hotel and it was such a lovely experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, including arranging transportation to key locations in the city. The indoor courtyard was a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The complimentary breakfast was a delicious spread of local specialties and fresh fruits.
That the prices of alcoholic beverages were a bit pricey. However, this was a minor issue and didn't take away from the overall wonderful experience we had.

The hotel had nice architectural features and was situated in a quiet residential area. We also enjoyed the delicious food provided by the restaurant and the helpfulness of the staff during our Easter stay.
The hotel was lacking in maintenance and attention to detail. Our room had maintenance issues, including broken lamps and poor water pressure in the shower.

We spent a quiet weekend in a cozy hotel located in a calm neighborhood. The spacious room was clean, as was the bathroom, with complimentary toiletries and clean towels. The front office staff was friendly and helpful in providing tourist information. The breakfast, while not great, was okay and served on the rooftop with a nice view of the surroundings. We enjoyed the small swimming pool and other facilities provided in the property.
The restaurant does not serve vegetarian options.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful throughout our two-night stay, accommodating us when our shower had some trouble and helping us with transportation arrangements. We particularly enjoyed the friendly and polite staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The clean premises and hotel facilities, including the rooftop terrace with a pool and bar, were also excellent. Additionally, the location, away from the noisy center but still convenient for exploring the city, was perfect.
All was good.
